Take a 5 minute MOVEMENT BREAK!

You “desk jockeys” probably find yourself slumping over your computer way too much.


Chronically rounded shoulders and a hunched spine can lead to short tight pecs and a tight and weak back and neck.


Instead of a coffee break, take a movement break at least once an hour. According to recent research, movement for 3-5 minutes every 30 minutes can improve the negative effects of sitting.


Don’t have time to get up? Try this routine sitting at your desk.


Not only will this loosen up your back and shoulders but it can also stimulate blood flow to your brain.


This will release dopamine to improve mood and focus and the increased blood flow will aid in removing toxins and repairing damaged cells. This brain boost can help deter dementia and Alzheimer’s.
