Take a 5 minute break to recharge


We were designed to move, stretch and breathe, not to be stuck in one position for hours on end. Prolonged sitting slows down the body’s systems leading to decreased circulation, decreased energy and metabolism, and even dampens thought processes and creativity.


These chronic postures cause the connective tissue to mold to these restrictive shapes and can inhibit circulation and flow.


Avoid these terrible effects by getting some motion every hour or better yet every 20-30 minutes if possible.


If you cannot get up and move around, try this short routine. Not only will you feel less tension and stress, but you will feel energized and have more brain power.
