Strengthen those hip abductors
Most of us are spending 9+ hours a day sitting. This wreaks havoc on our body, as it was not designed for these chronic static postures. We can develop muscular weakness, tightness and imbalance that promotes joint deterioration which threatens our structure, mobility and independence.
Band exercises are a great way to combat these sitting postures by increasing strength and stability in the hips and pelvis.
There are so many exercises you can do with loop bands! They are my favorite exercise equipment, because they are so effective and I can take them anywhere!
