Mudra Breath

Mudras are hand gestures that direct the flow of energy to your body during meditation and breathwork.


Breathing Exercise with hand Mudra for Stomach Ailments:

🔹Find a comfortable seated position.

🔹Curl your index finger under your thumb so that the tip of the index finger rests in the web of the thumb.

🔹Shut your eyes and focus your awareness on your breath.

🔹Inhale and Exhale through the nose

🔹Breathe into the belly, ribs and chest.

🔹Exhale from the belly ribs and chest.

🔹Continue with the 3 part breath for 15 minutes.

Reduces all disorders in the stomach

Relief from chest pain

Reduces pain in the knee and shoulder


The stomach correlates with the inner arch of the foot in reflexology. When this particular point in the foot is stimulated it will increase blood flow to your stomach, helping to improve digestion.
