Headaches on Planes?

Oftentimes our heads get pushed forward by the uncomfortable plane seats, or we are looking down for hours watching a movie or reading, or we fall asleep with our head slumped forward. All of these positions are a recipe for neck pain and headaches.


Try this exercise routine next time you are on a plane to stave off neck and head discomfort and pain.
