🪑Glute Amnesia is most commonly caused from sitting too long. Too much sitting shortens your hip flexors which causes “turns off” the opposing muscle, your BUTT! Excessive running and biking can also contribute to this syndrome. Improper firing of your glutes can lead to injury and arthritis.
