🦶Flat Feet Exercises

Do you have flat feet? AKA pes planus, fallen arches, hyperpronation


🦶🦶Look down at your feet. Are your inner arches flat? Do your big toes turn out away from midline? Are the feet the same on both sides?


Most people do not have their feet sitting in the same position on either side of their stance. The toes are often pointing outward with the inner arch facing more forward. This can cause an early collapse of the arch that can cause a cascade of events in the body that contribute to joint decay over time…Heel pain, arch pain, knee pain, hip pain and even up into the spine
