Bunions?

Foot pain and bunions can be caused by the shoes we wear. Narrow toe boxes keep our toes from spreading apart. This can seriously impair our pedal stability and general balance. If our toes cannot spread apart, we lose the muscle control to our feet and lower leg, which can contribute to bunions, as well as knee, hip and back pain.


How do you avoid getting bunions or keep them from getting worse?


🦶Kick those shoes off and get some space between your toes.

🦶You can use toe separators (or your sock) and perform any of the foot and calf exercises (previously posted).
